If you submitted an enquiry through an earlier version of this website, that information may remain in protected storage. The staff inbox requires sign-in and an authorised account. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion.
Use and sharing
Authorised staff use enquiries to arrange contact and consider services. With your permission, relevant information may be shared with a plan manager, coordinator or treating professional. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law.
Retention and security
Contact us to ask how long particular information is kept or to request its deletion. Record-keeping obligations may affect what can be removed. Access is limited to people who need it. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
